This fast-growing ecommerce company, generating 3M+ revenue monthly in under a year, seeks a Copywriter to significantly increase hit rate through impactful messaging. This remote role offers huge upside for impact as you own copy across multiple channels including ad copy, landing pages, and creative briefs.

Responsibilities

As a Copywriter you will:

  • Write compelling copy for paid ads, landing pages, and creative briefs.
  • Own ad strategy and performance creative, constantly testing ideas.
  • Identify untapped growth opportunities and refine messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers for aligned, high performing campaigns.
  • Iterate copy based on performance metrics to enhance conversions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in DTC, social and arts & crafts marketing.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience with high-performing ad or marketing copy.
  • Robust portfolio across ads, emails, and web copy.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CVR.
  • Expertise in direct response copywriting and psychological triggers.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to balance creativity and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, editing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle brand communications.
  • Understanding of CRO fundamentals and conversion-driven copy.
