About Co-Founder RPA Collaboration

DrBillerz Tech is redefining revenue cycle management for healthcare practices by building intelligent automation that verifies insurance eligibility and submits claims correctly the first time. Using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) together with AI, the team reduces manual time logging into payer portals and delivers faster, more accurate results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build RPA bots to perform eligibility and benefits verification.
  • Integrate bots with EHR and billing systems for patient and insurance data.
  • Leverage AI to interpret unstructured data and flag authorization needs.
  • Implement best practices for pre-service and re-verification of eligibility.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure credential management.
  • Monitor and update bots with changing payer portal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into automated solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing RPA solutions in a healthcare or regulated environment.
  • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and EDI transactions (270/271).
  • Familiarity with AI/NLP techniques or willingness to learn.
  • Experience working with APIs, databases, and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and secure automation practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and clear documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare clearinghouses, payer portal automation, or billing platforms.
  • Background in Python or .NET to extend RPA capabilities.
  • Exposure to machine learning or data-analytics in healthcare.
