Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Technician located in Richmond, BC. If you're ambitious, hard working, and want to be at the top leading edge of automotive performance and builds then we want you on our team. Tasks include advanced diagnostics, maintenance and repairs, forced induction systems, tuning, exhaust work, welding and fabrication, suspension, brakes, performance mods, engine building, complete performance overhauls and builds, show car builds, race car builds, 3d scanning, modeling, and printing. The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and effective communication with team members. If you don't have all of the following skills we will expect you to learn all of the following quickly, we will provide the tools and documents to learn these skills on your free time outside of working hours.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and diagnostics
- Proficiency in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Experience with Suspension and braking system work and related system
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and equipment
- Relevant skills in forced induction systems, fueling, performance builds, engine building
- Performance tuning, ECU reads, ECU and TCU flashing
- Custom exhaust work, welding TIG and MIG SS and Al, and fabrication
- 3D scanning, 3D CAD, 3D printing
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Clean and tidy work and keep a very clean and professional workspace is a must! If you are not clean and super organized you will not fit in.
- Hardworking, ambitious, leave your ego at home, everyone has lots to learn always, you never know everything.
