Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The role involves working closely with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage schedules and maintain records effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or similar tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus.
