Job Description
Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation and appointment setting. If you're confident communicating with prospects and enjoy working in a fast-paced remote environment, this opportunity may be for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads online (Google Maps, social media, databases)
- Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, and messaging
- Qualify leads and determine interest level
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with warm and cold leads
- Update and maintain records in the CRM system
- Track outreach and appointment metrics
Requirements
- Comfortable working night shift (9 PM – 5 AM PH Time)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with outbound calls and lead outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Experience in lead generation / appointment setting is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Experience with cold calling and cold email outreach
- Lead sourcing experience (Google Maps, etc.)
- (Client uses HousecallPro CRM)
