Role Summary

The College of Arts & Sciences is seeking a Digital Production Coordinator to manage digital communication materials, ensuring timely project execution, compliance with accessibility policies and collaboration across departments.

What You Will Do

  • Digital Communication Coordination and Management (65%): Manage project timelines, content for newsletters, event communications, and digital notifications. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support while ensuring content adheres to accessibility standards.
  • Digital Communication Production (30%): Develop and send digital communications that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices, promoting the CAS brand and its programs.
  • Digital Communication Analysis (5%): Create engagement reports and measure effectiveness, refining outreach strategies as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience.

Additional Details
