Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Dean and collaborating with the senior leadership team, the Chief Administrative Officer provides strategic direction for revenue generation and business administration. The CAO manages administrative services including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Facility Operations, Space Management, Capital and Renovation Projects, Health and Safety, and Risk Management. The role involves advising on policies, ensuring operational efficiency, and representing the division across the University and external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of multi-disciplinary management experience in Higher Education or similar.
- Proven experience managing finance, HR, facilities, and major projects.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, budget continuing position based at the St. George campus in Downtown Toronto. The role includes a diverse range of responsibilities within a unionized setting and requires the ability to manage conflicting priorities and emergencies.
