Project Manager OIT Communications Service Center

Under the direction of the supervisor and in alignment with established IT Communication practices and policies, the key project management responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Monitoring: Assisting managers and technical leadership in creating and maintaining project plans, monitoring progress, measuring success, and disseminating project information to stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
  • Resource Development: Collaborating with Communications Group managers to identify resource needs and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining efficiency.
  • Contractor Coordination: Working closely with contractors to ensure compliance with University standards and that contracted groups perform as required to meet project objectives.
  • Personnel Supervision: Supervising designated personnel as required to ensure effective team performance and adherence to project goals.
