Position Overview
The Director of Research Operations collaborates with the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration in the College of Pharmacy to implement and direct the day-to-day operations. This includes management of human resources, facilities, grants management, internal relations, as well as budget and financial management for the College.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pre- and post-award activities including grant & contract submissions via the Cayuse Evisions Routing System.
- Develop comprehensive financial projections and support analyses.
- Manage budget development, financial reporting, and grant management.
- Monitor expenditures ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, and guide ledger account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Dean to handle human resources, facilities management, and internal relations.
