The University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine, in partnership with The Pat Summitt Clinic and the Brain & Spine Institute, is seeking a neurologist or physician-scientist (MD/PhD) specializing in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias for a tenure-track Professor position at the Knoxville Campus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong translational research program complementing a dynamic clinical program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Engage in investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical studies, biomarker discovery, and translational science research activities.
Qualifications
- MD/PhD with a focus on Alzheimer’s and neurodegenerative diseases
- Proven record of clinical or translational neuroscience research
- Experience in independent or collaborative research in neurodegenerative diseases
