Senior Manager Marketing - University of Southern California

The USC Rossier School of Education is seeking a mission-driven marketer to lead a best-in-class marketing team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Communications, this role will oversee the marketing team and play a vital role in current and future enrollment success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Oversee integrated marketing plans, set operational and strategic goals, manage team messaging and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Marketing Analytics: Conduct competitor market research, provide insights and trends, create data driven personas and customer journeys.
  • Promotional Activities: Oversee digital marketing mix, develop email campaigns, create multi-channel approaches including website, social, organic, paid and print media, and manage external marketing vendors.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of marketing experience in higher education or mission-driven organizations.
  • Graduate degree in a related area; solid digital marketing operations understanding.
  • Experience managing teams, CRM administration, website and digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, creative, communication, decision-making, and planning skills.

Work Arrangement

This position is located on the USC campus in Los Angeles, CA with a hybrid work schedule. A dedicated shared office space is provided for on-site tasks and team collaboration.

Salary and Application
