Job Profile
Under the direction of the Associate Director, Gifts Administration, this role manages the Sr. Gifts Administration staff and oversees daily gift processing for Penn Medicine and its associated entities including Chester County Hospital, Lancaster General Hospital, Princeton HealthCare System, and Doylestown Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review the processing of gifts for Penn Medicine.
- Oversee gift acknowledgments and notice-of-contribution correspondence.
- Troubleshoot problematic gifts and ensure donor intent.
- Operate systems including Compass, BEN Financials, and related tools.
- Assist with processing donations for third party events and online acknowledgements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years in a Development setting (5-7 years preferred). Must handle confidential materials with ability to work independently and manage priorities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is essential.
