About the Role
The University of Oxford is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant - Events to join the Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) Events Team. In this part-time role (minimum 22 hours per week), you will coordinate and manage key administrative tasks that enable Event Managers to focus on event design and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks for DAE Events Team.
- Support event preparation and post-event follow up.
- Manage incoming enquiries from guests and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial and scheduling records.
- Provide support during events with potential overtime.
