Overview

The Annual Giving Project Manager at University of Oklahoma Foundation Inc is responsible for assisting with high-profile fundraising initiatives and managing a multi-channel annual giving program. This role supports strategic projects including Giving Day, the President’s Associates calendar, and major direct mail solicitations.

Responsibilities

Manage complex communications campaigns and ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery. Coordinate production of hundreds of print and digital campaigns annually and work collaboratively with university partners across all three campuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field required; 1-2 years experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, sales, or project management. A Master's degree or CFRE certification, prior university or foundation experience, budget management skills, and familiarity with digital advertising platforms and design tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) are preferred.
