About the Role

The Office of Human Resources is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its team. This full-time role is primarily remote with biweekly in-office days at the Twin Cities campus. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing Human Resources-related business processes using the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system and integrated tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and streamline HR and Benefits-related business processes.
  • Develop functional solutions and maintain strong internal relationships.
  • Facilitate testing activities, design test plans, and validate system updates.
  • Provide ongoing PeopleSoft HCM support and system troubleshooting.
  • Mentor Tier 2 team members and support release planning.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a BA/BS plus two years of experience in business or systems process analysis, or a master’s degree. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, HR and Benefits functions, SQL, integration tools such as Boomi, and testing tools like HP Quality Center is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
