Role type: Part time (0.5 FTE); 12 Month Fixed Term

Department/School: SASS - Student and Scholarly Services

Salary: UoM 4 - $80,400 - $85,238 p.a. (pro-rata for Part Time) plus 17% super

As an Administration Assistant at International House, you will be the welcoming face of the College, providing crucial support to students, staff, and visitors. You will manage enquiries, support administrative tasks, and assist with accounts, all while contributing to a vibrant community. This role offers you the chance to enhance your organisational skills and engage with a diverse range of people in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Respond to Enquiries: Assist residents with daily issues, conduct tours, and answer questions.
  • Administrative Support: Manage filing, photocopying, correspondence, and support marketing activities.
  • Event Coordination: Organise conferences and functions, including room setup and refreshments.
  • Financial Assistance: Handle petty cash, accounts payable and receivable, and credit card transactions.
