Position Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Test Coordinator will work with application managers, business analysts, campus partners, subject matter experts, and project managers. You will coordinate testing activities, establish testing metrics, and ensure that products meet customer expectations through rigorous QA processes including UAT, SIT, and V&V testing. This role reports to the QA Manager.

Where You Will Work

This role is eligible for remote work within Colorado. Applicants must be Colorado residents or willing to relocate within a month of employment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve formal QA testing processes
  • Review requirements with developers and coordinate end-to-end testing
  • Develop test plans, cases and execute both manual and automated tests
  • Implement and oversee SIT, UAT, and V&V processes
  • Document test results and provide metrics
  • Facilitate campus based UAT sessions and support production issues

What We Offer

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3 years’ experience in system and application testing, and familiarity with testing tools such as Team Dynamix, Cherwell, UFT, Browser Stack, Load Runner, or ALM. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, 5 years’ experience, and additional expertise with PeopleSoft and SQL.
