Job Summary

CSEi seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support CSEi Director, Professor David Keith. The role requires managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating high-profile deliverables, and ensuring smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and project manager for the executive.
  • Manage dynamic calendars and complex travel plans.
  • Draft, review, and edit high-level communications.
  • Conduct research and prepare data-driven reports and memos.
  • Oversee confidential administrative tasks and coordinate special projects.

Requirements

Minimum work experience includes 7+ years in a related discipline. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years assisting C-suite executives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Box/Google Docs.
  • Experience with OneNote, ToDoist, and Obsidian for task management.
  • Aptitude in specialized office and data management software.
  • Understanding of visa-related processes for international travel.

Preferred Competencies

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must exhibit strong organizational skills, technical savvy, attention to detail, time management, initiative, and discretion.
