Position Summary

The Manager, Clinical Learner Education leads the operational oversight of the Clinical Learner Education (CLE) program. The role provides leadership, risk mitigation, and strategic direction while maintaining strong academic affiliate relationships and collaborating with clinical education leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for ~7000 learners annually.
  • Oversee policy updates, registration, onboarding and risk management.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment and address concerns promptly.
  • Plan and manage education spaces and technology solutions.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through data analysis.
  • Manage human resources and financial resources including budgeting.
  • Collaborate on clinical learner committees and working groups.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s in Education, Leadership or similar preferred. A minimum of 4-6 years related experience, and 5 years as a Manager in a healthcare or academic setting is desired. Skills include leadership, human resources management, financial oversight, excellent communication, strong organization, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with learner databases is an asset.
