Primary Responsibilities
- Support classification and compensation activities for professional positions.
- Partner with departments for recruitment and job description development.
- Manage end-to-end search processes ensuring compliance and equity.
- Enhance the Applicant Tracking System and provide training and support.
- Engage in outreach and diverse recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Contribute to organizational surveys and perform additional HR duties as assigned.
Functional and Supervisory Relationships
Reports to the Assistant Director of Workforce Planning-Professional Services and may supervise employees as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in human resources or related field.
- Expertise in data analysis using Business Intelligence solutions and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage priorities and work extended hours during peak periods.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field with experience in higher education, direct involvement in classification and compensation analysis, and full-cycle recruitment activities.
Working Environment
Typical office environment with occasional extended hours during peak periods.
Additional Information
Professional Rank and Salary Range: MP5, Personnel Associate, $68,000-$72,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must follow the online application process and submit required documents.
