The Role: Business and Functional Analyst
We are looking for a Business and Functional Analyst (m/f) with strategic thinking and a focus on continuous improvement, to join the AMS – Academic Management System Department at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Headquarters).
Working closely with the Academic Units and various University Services at the Headquarters and Regional Centers, you will collaborate on the analysis, evolution, and optimization of academic information systems, contributing to the improvement of processes, user experience, and the quality of service provided to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the analysis and modeling of functional processes, ensuring alignment with the needs of the University's various areas.
- Participate in functional testing during the development phase, ensuring incident resolution and continuous project improvements.
- Support and monitor the implementation of the new academic management system, together with the involved work teams, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
- Assist in monitoring system integrations across various University areas.
- Provide user support, clarifying all questions related to the various functionalities of the academic management system, finding agile and functional solutions.
