About the Role

Join our world-renowned food and beverage team and play a vital role in supporting exceptional events and experiences as a Catering Back of House Team Member.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down of special event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, bars, and décor.
- Supply buffets, bars, and specialty stations with necessary goods.
- Build and stage pallets and catering carts, and transport items across the property.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize work areas, ensuring all equipment is operational.
- Manage inventory and collaborate closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Operate a pallet jack and perform general cleaning and scullery tasks.
- Ensure safety practices are followed and contribute to a secure work environment.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in a catering or restaurant role preferred.
Job Demands & Schedule
This is a fast-paced role requiring physical endurance, the ability to regularly lift up to 25lbs, and work in varying weather conditions including outdoors. Must be available at least 4 days per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
