The Missions We Offer You

Reporting to the label's marketing director, your main mission will be to deploy the marketing strategy and manage artist projects for the label:
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of the marketing strategy
  • Define a global strategy around a project: positioning, audience, image, content, social networks, timeline, mood board, etc.
  • Participate in the setup and monitoring of marketing budgets and initial expenses
  • Establish and implement a marketing plan based on the defined budget / partnerships
  • Conduct data analysis
  • Select service providers in consultation with the artist (photographers, video directors, graphic designers, stylists, independent promotion, etc.)
  • Launch and monitor the production of music videos, commercials, promotional items
  • Book advertising space purchases through the Media & Development department
  • Update marketing information in the information systems
  • Project launch
  • Coordinate information and communicate continuously with cross-functional departments such as brand services (A&R), export (UMFI), or sync/publishing so they are informed of the various updates from the department and your artists.
  • International coordination: close collaboration with the central team based in London and affiliated labels internationally
  • Communicate continuously with our various counterparts to report on artist results in our territory and optimize local strategy for projects.

Artist Relations

Participate in relations with the artist, their manager, their rights holders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations (visuals, prior agreements, etc.). Establish tour schedules in coordination with the Artist and the Promoter. Organize travel (including Artists, Promoters, Media, etc.).

Artistic

Provide artistic support on local projects as needed by assisting artistic teams with choices, coordinating author searches with Publishing, suggesting duet ideas, and helping with logistics for recordings if the case arises. Coordination with the physical, digital, D2C, and merchandising sales department:
  • Organize and coordinate artist-related operations
  • Write memos, arguments, marketing notices, purchase orders, budgets, artist schedules
  • Conceive or coordinate the development of various ranges of physical, digital, and derivative products
  • Manage and track quantities to be manufactured and stocks
  • Inform and motivate sales teams
Coordination with the Promotion Department:
  • Organize and coordinate album and tour launches with the promotion department
Coordination with the Production Department:
  • Coordinate the necessary elements for project launches with the production department
  • Launch and monitor the production of new projects (stickers, covers, POS displays, etc.)
Artist Relations:
  • Participate in relations with the artist, their manager, their rights holders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations (visuals, prior agreements, etc.).
  • Establish tour schedules in coordination with the Artist and the Promoter.
  • Organize travel (including Artists, Promoters, Media, etc.).

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a label project manager
  • Excellent written and oral English proficiency (Level B2/C1)
  • Creativity is a paramount quality for this position (storytelling, content creation and strategy, viral marketing, influence...).
  • Good knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop & Premiere)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and adaptability to build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders (numerous interfaces)
  • Ability to convince and gain buy-in for ideas and projects, as well as negotiation skills
  • Organizational skills to successfully manage projects
  • Passion for music
