Staff Technical Product Manager Internal AI Applications

Responsibilities

You will:

• Develop and execute the roadmap for internal AI solutions and infrastructure.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to define outcomes and metrics.
• Define product requirements and validate solutions with user feedback.
• Lead by influence, articulating a compelling vision for internal AI.
• Communicate new capabilities clearly to diverse audiences.
• Analyze metrics to assess product performance and guide improvements.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• 6+ years in product management, with 3+ years on technical or ML-driven products.
• Deep technical proficiency with AI, LLM-powered technology and software development lifecycles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving focused on user-first solutions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates may also have:

• Experience in SaaS/B2B environments.
• User-centric design and data-driven research background.
• A passion for collaborating to deliver bold and impactful ideas.
