About Unity and the Role
At Unity, we help game developers bring their ideas to life across every platform. Our product marketing team is growing to support the next wave of technologies including AI, XR, and new platform capabilities. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager Emerging Technologies, you will help define and launch new engine-level capabilities, manage strategic partner relationships, and support developers adopting AI, AR, VR, MR, and XR.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead go-to-market campaigns for new engine features, AI tooling, and XR workflows.
- Draft and maintain clear messaging based on market insights.
- Coordinate product launches and manage cross-team collaborations.
- Support the revenue organization with sales enablement and customer materials.
- Deliver demos, training, and showcase product features.
- Translate product roadmaps into actionable marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years in product marketing or go-to-market strategy, preferably in gaming or XR.
- Experience in technical marketing targeting developers and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to create compelling positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
You Might Also Have
- Partner marketing or management experience with platform, AI, or XR companies.
- Hands-on experience with the Unity Engine or similar game development tools.
- A genuine passion for games and game development.
