Unity is significantly expanding its Skills Development Programs (SDP) across the Middle East. As a Program Delivery Manager on contract, you will be based in Abu Dhabi and lead the delivery and regional execution of these crucial programs. Joining Unity’s Customer Success organization, the SDP team is dedicated to designing and delivering strategic upskilling programs. These initiatives are designed to foster local talent, support economic diversification, and cultivate sustainable digital ecosystems. The programs are executed in close collaboration with government entities, academic institutions, and industry partners, ensuring that Unity’s real-time 3D tools and training align with national transformation and workforce development goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence Unity’s long-term impact in the Middle East, contributing to national skills strategies and empowering the next wave of creators, developers, and technologists.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East.
• Act as the regional owner for program delivery, coordinating with Unity’s global teams across Customer Success, Education, Sales, and Product.
• Partner closely with government stakeholders, public-sector entities, universities, and industry partners to deliver high-impact training initiatives.
• Localise global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, cultural context, and language requirements.
• Oversee program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large-scale training, education, or workforce development programs, ideally in partnership with government or public-sector organisations.
• Strong program delivery and operations capabilities, including stakeholder coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Experience working in the Middle East, with an understanding of public-sector, education, or national skilling initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing local needs with global program goals.

You Might Also Have

• Experience with real-time 3D, gaming, simulation, digital twins, or interactive media.
• Familiarity with government-funded education, employment, or digital transformation programs in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Experience scaling programs across multiple institutions, regions, or cultural contexts.
• Knowledge of Unity products or similar digital creation platforms.
