About the Global Events Manager Role at Unity
Unity is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented event professional to join our Global Events team. In this role, you will manage the planning and execution of both in-house events and third-party tradeshows. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support company-wide objectives and priorities.
What You Will Do
- Manage seamless planning and execution of corporate and sales events.
- Lead planning and logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
- Coordinate event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Create registration forms and track event attendance using event platforms.
- Oversee event budgets including purchase order management with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Analyze event metrics to provide insights for future improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum four years experience in cross-functional logistical planning and event production.
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and detail-oriented problem-solving approach with adaptability.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Additional Information
Relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available for this position. Proficiency in English is required to communicate with global teams.
