About the role
The Opportunity
The role involves extensive monitoring of the user funnel, optimizing user experience, and running A/B tests. In parallel, we work closely with the Sales and Technical Account Management teams to support QBRs, client meetings, and strategic initiatives we aim to drive with clients. The position also plays a key role in pushing internal projects that benefit our clients and help achieve our business goals.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct deep and thorough analysis of product funnels to identify optimization opportunities and drive performance
- Build estimations, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decision-making
- Support the Sales team by addressing client requests and providing data-driven insights
- Collaborate with internal teams through production and planning discussions to deliver client value
- Drive initiatives that align internal priorities with client needs and business goals
