Primary Responsibilities
- Perform systems support activities including platform enhancements and engagements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident and request support.
- Manage ServiceNow platform maintenance: troubleshooting, upgrades, and stability.
- Collaborate with Capability Owners and Platform Customers to turn business challenges into operational tasks.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Operations Engineers and participate in recruiting.
- Lead post incident reviews and contribute to operational efforts like clone downs and vendor upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Expert level understanding of ServiceNow.
- Ability to think at a large scale for platform success.
