Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform systems support activities including platform enhancements and engagements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for incident and request support.
  • Manage ServiceNow platform maintenance: troubleshooting, upgrades, and stability.
  • Collaborate with Capability Owners and Platform Customers to turn business challenges into operational tasks.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level Operations Engineers and participate in recruiting.
  • Lead post incident reviews and contribute to operational efforts like clone downs and vendor upgrades.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expert level understanding of ServiceNow.
  • Ability to think at a large scale for platform success.
