Role and Responsibilities
Be part of a global technology team that focuses on modernizing healthcare using innovative technologies and AI. This role is part of a structured global talent development program that includes:
- A 2-week bootcamp and onboarding orientation
- A 24-month development program with four 6-month rotations
- Opportunities to work in domains including Global Cyber Defense, Governance Risk Compliance, Security Cloud Engineering, and Information Security

This remote position offers flexibility while providing a cohort-based community, mentoring from technology leaders, cross-functional networking, and diverse cybersecurity experience. You will work in a team that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields; recent graduates are welcome.
- Foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, and information security principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK) and basic cloud platforms knowledge.
- Participation in cybersecurity clubs, competitions, or personal projects is a plus.
Additional Information
This is a fully remote opportunity available from anywhere in the U.S. with an option for in-person local office engagement. Sponsorship is not available. Compensation ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, based on various factors including education and experience.
