About Manager - Quality Field Operations, Remote

Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of outbound call center agents and field-based staff.
- Coordinate with medical practices to ensure preventive health screenings and address care gaps.
- Manage administrative and clinical operations for both field-based and remote staff.
- Direct team performance through audits, coaching, and quality standards.
- Oversee client and physician practice relationships and resource deployment.
- Travel up to 60% for business meetings and use remote work 40% of the time.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years in Medical/Healthcare industry experience, knowledge of benefits and claims systems, proven leadership skills, strong telephonic and interpersonal skills, and computer proficiency with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service management, Medicare Stars, HEDIS, project management, Quality or Six Sigma experience, utilization review, and risk management expertise.
Additional Information
This remote position offers flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k. All remote employees must adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Salary ranges from $89,900 to $160,600 annually.
