Role Overview: Advisory Services Senior Consultant
The Advisory Services Senior Consultant is part of the Optum Advisory - Enterprise Delivery Services practice. This consulting role serves both internal teams and external commercial clients across the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities include project/program management, agile consulting, business analysis, product management, process improvement, change management, quality assurance, data analysis, communications, and training.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to solve issues and implement solutions.
- Oversee work streams, track project progress, and make key decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deploy Project Management Office principles using standard tools and methodologies.
- Monitor project milestones and manage risk and issue plans.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present recommendations to management.
- Mentor team members to develop internal talent.
Additional Information
This role offers remote work from anywhere within the U.S., with limited travel (up to 25%). Compensation ranges from $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
