About the Role

The Coordinator, Gift Administration at United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee plays a vital role in supporting the operations and revenue goals of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation. This mission-driven role involves accurately recording donations, processing gift intentions, and ensuring compliant handling of donor contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gift Processing and Quality Control (50%): Record donations in Salesforce or other CRM systems; perform quality checks, reconcile gift data, prepare error-free receipts and ensure tax compliance.
  • Donor Support & Documentation (25%): Prepare tax receipts, support donor anonymity processes, and respond to internal inquiries regarding donation details.
  • System & Process Improvement (15%): Identify system errors, recommend process improvements, and assist with audits.
  • Team & Vendor Collaboration (10%): Coordinate with vendors for timely gift entry and support managerial oversight.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit administration, business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in gift processing, donor services, or nonprofit operations.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology platforms.

Standard office equipment at the Colorado Springs Downtown Headquarters. This full-time, non-exempt position offers eligibility for benefits, annual incentive awards, and is pivotal during the LA28 journey.
