About the Role
The Coordinator, Gift Administration at United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee plays a vital role in supporting the operations and revenue goals of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation. This mission-driven role involves accurately recording donations, processing gift intentions, and ensuring compliant handling of donor contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gift Processing and Quality Control (50%): Record donations in Salesforce or other CRM systems; perform quality checks, reconcile gift data, prepare error-free receipts and ensure tax compliance.
- Donor Support & Documentation (25%): Prepare tax receipts, support donor anonymity processes, and respond to internal inquiries regarding donation details.
- System & Process Improvement (15%): Identify system errors, recommend process improvements, and assist with audits.
- Team & Vendor Collaboration (10%): Coordinate with vendors for timely gift entry and support managerial oversight.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit administration, business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in gift processing, donor services, or nonprofit operations.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology platforms.
