Sales Manager Life Science
We are the United Robotics Group, a leading European provider of AI-powered robotics solutions in the healthcare and service sectors. At our location in Stuhr near Bremen, we develop and produce smart robots that focus on people, relieve the burden on skilled workers, and redesign work and everyday life. Our portfolio includes the laboratory robot uLab Mobile, the cleaning robot uClean, the autonomous transport robot uLog, and the service robot uServe. With the humanoid robot uMe, which was introduced at CES in January 2026, we are already shaping the future.
What awaits you:
- You will take over the acquisition, support, and strategic further development of our customers in the Life Science sector.
- You will identify and generate leads – especially through regular participation in trade fairs at home and abroad (D-A-CH).
- You will proactively approach potential customers and advise them on our robotics solutions.
- You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from needs assessment and offer and contract negotiations to closing the deal.
- You will continuously expand our network in the Life Science environment and further develop existing customer relationships.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in sales of technical or complex products.
- Several years of sales experience in the IVD, diagnostics, or laboratory equipment sector (e.g., with manufacturers or distributors of laboratory and diagnostic systems).
- Existing network with diagnostic laboratories, laboratory networks, and relevant market players in the Life Science or IVD sector, ideally from activities at companies like Siemens Healthineers, Roche Diagnostics, Beckman Coulter, Sysmex, Hettich, or comparable providers.
- Strong initiative, perseverance, and closing skills.
- Technical training or studies are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident demeanor.
- Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel.
