The International Account Manager Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in need of parcel and freight shipping solutions
  • Quote Preparation & Calculation: Develop competitive pricing proposals tailored to customer requirements
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with customers and logistics partners
  • Business Development: Expand existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in target markets

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or the logistics industry (preferred)
  • Ability to calculate quotes and understand freight pricing structures
