Role Overview: Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager plays a key leadership role in managing and directing the franchise sales process within an assigned region. The role involves virtual meetings, in-person interactions, and extensive travel to engage new and resale franchise prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Present franchise brand offerings via marketing materials, virtual and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with corporate for Discovery Day tours alongside the RVP.
- Research and locate franchise store rental locations.
- Maintain relationships with existing franchisees.
- Direct the sales process and analyze sales statistics for potential growth.
- Represent the company at franchise shows nationally and internationally.
- Collaborate with business brokers, consultants, and senior management.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online video conferencing (Zoom, Teams), CRM systems, and scheduling software is essential. An eligible driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time is mandatory.
