Program Manager – Family Services
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager – Family Services to oversee the development, daily operations, and quality of family support programs and services. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for ensuring equitable access to quality supports for families and individuals with unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and supervise staff across multiple programs.
- Maintain and develop programs to ensure service accessibility and quality.
- Serve as chairperson for the agency's HCBS Committee and manage referrals and enrollments.
- Oversee compliance with agency and regulatory policies.
- Participate in program budget development and policy updates.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in the MR/DD field and supervisory experience.
- QIDP status required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational abilities.
- Reliable personal vehicle, NYS Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle abstract.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
- Medium work with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate agency vehicles and work extended hours at a computer.
