About The Role: Forklift Operator
We're looking for a reliable, safety-driven Forklift Operator to join our St. Louis team. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts to move industrial bags throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Transport finished goods to storage locations and stage outgoing shipments
- Follow safety and quality procedures to protect products and teammates
- Track material movement to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals
- Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Proven forklift operating experience

- Confidence handling large or bulky materials
- Ability to navigate tight spaces safely
- Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
Physical & Work Environment
- Regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Work in an industrial distribution facility with machinery, noise, and dust
- Comfortable with fluctuating temperatures
