Administrative Assistant & Receptionist at United Al Saqer Group
United Al Saqer Group (UASG) is seeking U.A.E. Nationals for the dual role of Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to bolster our operation team. This pivotal position involves directing communications, verifying customer information, supporting operations, organizing schedules and events, accurate data entry, managing bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment, and completing essential monthly reports.

Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively convey customers’ interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel. Strong written communication skills are also essential for emails and documentation.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in both English and Arabic.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer programs, including CRM software and MS Office, as well as familiarity with telephone systems.
- Time Management: Must be punctual and adept at managing assigned tasks within specified timelines, while also providing timely customer support.
- Top Quality Analytical Skills: A significant part of this role involves gathering and analyzing data to understand the customer base and propose improvements to existing strategies.
