About the Role

At Unispace, our Business Development Executive will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and driving our sales pipeline, especially targeting potential clients in the United States.

Role Profile

Based in our London studio, you will serve as a Client Engagement Executive, leading initiatives such as:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach through strategic cold calling
  • Appointment Setting to schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • Pipeline Development and nurturing new business opportunities
  • Market Intelligence gathering and data-driven support
  • Relationship Building across industry networks
  • Client Strategy Input and lead management
  • Innovative Attraction methods for target clients
  • Sales Conversion and brand-aligned engagement

About You

You will have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record in cold outreach and lead generation. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential. Experience in commercial real estate, design & build, or professional services is an added advantage.
