Job Description
职责描述
作为高级系统架构工程师,性能优化方向,您将负责以下关键职责:
- 性能技术洞察与规划: 负责系统解决方案的性能技术洞察、规划和技术预研,推动性能新技术开发和应用,并管理技术需求、撰写设计文档。
- 性能分析与诊断: 对产品进行全面的性能测试和深入分析,识别性能瓶颈,包括但不限于CPU、GPU、内存、IO使用率、响应时间和带宽等关键性能指标。
- 性能优化: 基于详细的性能分析结果,提出并实施高效的优化方案,涉及系统配置调整、代码修改和算法优化等。在优化过程中,需充分考虑产品的可扩展性、可靠性和可维护性。
- 性能监控与预警: 建立并维护全面的性能监控体系,持续追踪产品各项性能指标,确保产品稳定运行在高水平状态,并建立预警机制,及时发现并解决潜在的性能问题。
- 软硬件综合解决方案: 基于芯片测试数据进行深入分析,提出并实施软硬件综合优化策略和芯片改进方案。
任职要求
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的优秀人才:
- 计算机、通信、软件、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历,拥有8年以上相关工作经验。
- 熟练掌握性能优化相关的技术知识,包括但不限于Linux系统操作、Android优化和芯片分析等。对Android操作系统有深入了解,能够针对特定问题进行有效性能调优。
- 熟悉Java、C、C++等编程语言,具备良好的代码编写和调试能力。
- 具备团队合作意识和创新意识,具有较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力。
- 熟练使用各种性能测试和监控工具,如性能分析工具、压力测试工具等,能够准确识别性能瓶颈并制定相应优化方案。
- 对芯片架构、算法、系统软件等方面有深入了解,能够独立完成性能优化方案的设计和实施。
