Senior System Architecture Engineer, Performance Optimization

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior System Architecture Engineer focused on Performance Optimization, you will be instrumental in enhancing the performance of UNISOC's products.

• Responsible for performance technology insight, planning, and technical pre-research for system solutions, including new performance technology development and application, technical requirements management, and design document writing.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of product performance, identifying bottlenecks related to CPU, GPU, memory, I/O usage, response time, and bandwidth.
• Propose and implement effective optimization solutions based on performance analysis, which may include adjusting system configurations, modifying code, or optimizing algorithms, while considering product scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain a performance monitoring system to track various product indicators, ensuring high-level performance and establishing an early warning mechanism to promptly detect and resolve potential issues.
• Based on chip test data analysis, propose and implement integrated hardware-software optimization strategies and chip improvement plans.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong background in system architecture and performance optimization.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Software, Electronics, or a related field, with over 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in performance optimization technical knowledge, including Linux system operations, Android optimization, and chip analysis. Possess a deep understanding of the Android operating system and the ability to perform effective performance tuning for specific issues.
• Familiar with programming languages such as Java, C, and C++, with excellent coding and debugging skills.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, innovation, learning ability, logical thinking, and communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in using various performance testing and monitoring tools, such as performance analysis tools and stress testing tools, capable of accurately identifying performance bottlenecks and formulating corresponding optimization solutions.
• Possess a deep understanding of chip architecture, algorithms, and system software, capable of independently designing and implementing performance optimization solutions.
