Overview
Unique Vacations, Inc., an affiliate of the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, is seeking a forward-thinking Regional Social Groups Sales Manager to support its remarkable Groups Department team. This is a remote based position where you do what you love and make an impact in one of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new group business opportunities.
- Cultivate leads and build relationships with new accounts.
- Conduct site inspections, plan sales trips and attend trade shows.
- Promote social and wedding group business in assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, BDMs, CRC, and PSA travel agents.
- Utilize strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Work remotely with proven computer system knowledge (Microsoft Office, Delphi).
- Travel extensively domestically and internationally, with possible weekend work.
Competence & Qualifications
- Proven Sales & Marketing experience, preferably with a 5-star hotel or resort group.
- Experience in Caribbean and/or resort market.
- Strong negotiation, strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and team building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master's preferred) with 5+ years in leadership.
