Your Daily Responsibilities as an IT Coordinator

• Prepare IT specifications, integration development tasks (JIRA/Confluence), and integration models based on incoming business requirements, and estimate implementation efforts.
• Develop user and integration (SoapUI/Postman) test cases related to development projects.
• Monitor and guide the completion and deployment of individual developments, and version control changes.
• Collaborate closely with fellow organizers on related application and interface developments.
• Review completed developments and participate in their testing.
• Support end-user testing and cooperate with business areas in conducting tests.
• Consult with operators and developers in case of IT process, application-related incidents or errors, coordinating problem analysis and resolution.
• Maintain continuous contact with user business and related areas, collaborating with project managers.
• Support business analysts regarding the functionality and operational processes of systems and applications.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant higher education degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with workflow systems and process management.
• Confident SQL knowledge.
• Ability to understand systems and processes with innovative ideas.
• Confident English language skills (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with various departments.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Camunda workflow engine or knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks.
• Experience using SoapUI or Postman.
