The Unilever Future Leadership Programme Data & Analytics UK is a 36-month rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate managerial talent. Candidates will gain hands-on experience across different functions and work on live projects to develop both technical and leadership skills.
Programme Details
This programme offers six rotations across Data & Analytics, Technology, and Cyber Security streams (plus potential out-of-function experiences). You will work with world-class experts, building expertise in cloud, AI, data science, data engineering, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on real business challenges from Day 1
- Collaborate with strategic partners like Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP
- Engage in project-based learning across multiple functions
- Develop leadership and core professional capabilities

Candidate Profile
