Transformation Finance Manager – Home Care Europe

About the Role

This dynamic role offers dual exposure: partnering with Supply Chain/Factory finance for PSL site transformation and working with HC EU & UKI HC teams to drive P&L value creation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Bring-it-Home PSL Program for Liquids and Capsules transformation.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop a 3-year masterplan for factory asset and cost base improvement.
  • Lead monthly reviews on capex, restructuring, and savings with SC and BU leadership.
  • Ensure detailed tracking of P&L value with BU SC, performance, and UKI HC Finance teams.
  • Act as primary BU Finance contact for new processes and master-data setups.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analytics and identify value opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 4-5 years relevant experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Finance, preferably in CPG.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong business partnering and financial analysis capabilities.

Work Location & Additional Information

Location: Port Sunlight (PSL), Liverpool, United Kingdom. Candidates must be willing to work in-person. If relocating from outside the UK, note that relocation costs may be self-funded with potential expense reclaim.
