Role Overview
This Senior Digital Manager role sits at the intersection of consumer experience, digital platforms, and M&A integration, primarily within the Beauty and Wellbeing portfolio. You will own the digital technology agenda for integrating acquired brands into a scalable and secure ecosystem while preserving existing strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Consumer Experience Leadership: Own roadmap, deploy CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization, and commerce tools.
- M&A Technology Integration: Lead due diligence, integration planning, define future-state architecture, and manage end-to-end digital integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the integrator across marketing, IT, finance, and other key functions; partner with external vendors.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure digital initiatives comply with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
- Capability Building: Develop frameworks, playbooks, and upskill teams on digital platforms and emerging technologies.
Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science or Business with strong experience in digital transformation, product management, and M&A technology integration. Familiarity with consumer-facing tech stacks and enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe is required.
Skills And Competencies
Require digital product ownership, structured problem solving, stakeholder management and the ability to translate technology into business value while operating effectively in ambiguity.
