We are a purpose-led organization committed to sustainable living, developing products for today’s needs and tomorrow’s environment.

Your Role as a Digital Internship at Unilever

As a Digital intern at Unilever, you will delve into the development of cutting-edge digital tools and the generation of technical insights to drive product innovation across our skin care, skin cleansing, hair, or deodorant categories. Throughout your project, you will learn to apply data science and other digital methodologies to the unique complexities of consumer product development, encompassing consumer preference, product design, and manufacturing. The work will require both digital approaches and effective storytelling to communicate the impact of new innovations to the broader Unilever business. This role involves a significant on-site component, potentially including work in laboratory and pilot plant facilities. You will gain proficiency in specific programs and tools, access various data streams, and develop methods to extract insights. You will plan your approach, analyze data using statistical and graphical tools, and build predictive models, all while integrating feedback from a network of Unilever’s technical experts.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
