Overview
The Amazon Customer Executive role at Unilever is a full-time position based in Kingston, London. The candidate will support Customer Account Managers in expanding Unilever's presence on Amazon across various product subcategories in Food, Home, Beauty, and Personal Care.
Job Purpose
This role is critical in ensuring sustained growth within the eCommerce realm by providing responsible and innovative digital capabilities. You will be involved in data-driven customer experiences and flexible channel strategies designed for online shopping.
Responsibilities
- Support CAM and build commercial relationships with Amazon.
- Monitor account performance and focus on KPIs.
- Review purchase orders and update catalogues.
- Support vendor negotiations and annual planning.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize listings.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and planning teams.
- Assist in promotional plans and execute pricing strategies.
- Participate in monthly business reviews with internal stakeholders.

You are target-driven with a proactive approach. You have strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Experience in CPG sales, Amazon, or eCommerce account management is advantageous.
