Overview

Join UniFirst, an industry leader in uniform services, as a Major Account Consultant - North Florida. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in generating new major account sales, managing the full sales process and delivering customized solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generate a minimum of $11,180 in weekly rental revenues.
  • Identify and engage key decision makers in target accounts.
  • Conduct detailed site level needs analysis with target customers.
  • Develop custom solutions and quantify process improvements.
  • Present compelling solutions to diverse audiences including executives.
  • Negotiate service requirements and pricing to build long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize Dynamics and other prospecting tools for effective sales funnel management.
  • Coordinate with Market Research and Development to enhance prospect database quality.
  • Monitor competitive market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity reports.
  • Uphold UniFirst’s Code of Ethics with professional conduct.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B hunting sales or Sales Management.
  • Proven track record of sales success, including President’s Club achievements.
  • Experience managing all stages of the major account sales process.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations with Executive level decision makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Must reside in one of North Florida markets: Jacksonville, Orlando, or Tampa.
  • Willingness to travel overnight within the Market Area.
